OneBanks Account Set-up (RBS, Bank of Scotland and Barclays ONLY

Full support and assistance from a OneBanks team member with setting up your own OneBanks account.
You are required to have online banking and an email address to use a OneBanks account. If you do not have an email address or online banking, we offer appointments to set you up with either.
You are required to bring along a form of ID (valid passport, valid driving licence, identity card or residence permit).
You are required to have a note of, or know your online banking details. This may also mean having to receive a security text or email which will require you to have your mobile phone with you.
You will also need a note of your mobile phone number to sign up.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are only onboarding customers who bank with RBS, Bank of Scotland and Barclays. Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for further banks to be added to the list.
