Please note that different banks require different information to set up online banking. It is strongly recommended to find out what info you will need before booking your appointment. If you're not sure or need help finding out you can contact the kiosk on 07596585086 and a team member will be happy to assist.

It is recommended to bring your smartphone with you if you have one, however this is not a requirement unless stated otherwise as a requirement to sign up to online banking.

PLEASE NOTE - Some banks send out details and/or security info via post to validate your online banking account. This may mean you will not be able to fully complete the process with one appointment. A follow-up appointment can be made at the kiosk after the first stage.
